Introduction<\/h2>\n<p>Ch\u00e3o da Relva is a <strong>local accommodation<\/strong> located in Loriga (Serra da Estrela), consisting of two independent houses \u2014 Casa Vale Glaciar and Casa da Urze \u2014 available for short stays. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the site <strong>chaodarelva.pt<\/strong> and the booking process.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Reservations<\/h2>\n<p>The site acts as a contact point. Payments<\/h2>\n<p>The total amount and payment conditions are communicated at the time of booking confirmation. Typically, a deposit is required to secure the reservation, and the balance is settled on the check-in date. We accept bank transfers. Any other form of payment is agreed upon on a case-by-case basis.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Cancellations and changes<\/h2>\n<p>Cancellation conditions are communicated at the time of booking and depend on the season, advance notice, and type of reservation. In case of the need to cancel or change a reservation, contact us as soon as possible \u2014 we will do our best to reschedule whenever possible.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Check-in and check-out<\/h2>\n<p>Check-in and check-out times are communicated before the stay. For check-in, it is mandatory to present identification documents for all guests (citizen card or passport), including minors, as required by Portuguese local accommodation legislation.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Guest responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Use the facilities and furniture with the care of a \u201cgood family man.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Respect the community rules of the village of Loriga (rest periods, noise).<\/li>\n<li>Immediately report any incident, malfunction, or damage.<\/li>\n<li>Not exceed the agreed maximum number of guests.<\/li>\n<li>No smoking inside the houses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Any damage caused during the stay that exceeds normal wear and tear may be charged to the guest.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Accommodation responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver the houses clean, in good working order, and as presented on the site.<\/li>\n<li>Be available to respond to questions or incidents during the stay.<\/li>\n<li>Comply with all applicable legal obligations (SEF registration, licensing as local accommodation, invoicing).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>8. Liability limitations<\/h2>\n<p>We are not responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Acts of God (extreme weather conditions, unavailability of public services, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Personal belongings lost or damaged during the stay.<\/li>\n<li>Activities carried out by the guest outside the premises (trails, swimming in the river beach, etc.) \u2014 these are always the sole responsibility of the guest.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>9. Intellectual property<\/h2>\n<p>All content on this site \u2014 photos, texts, visual identity \u2014 is the property of Ch\u00e3o da Relva or is used here with permission. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without express written consent is prohibited.<\/p>\n<h2>10. Applicable law and jurisdiction<\/h2>\n<p>These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute arising from their application will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Seia district court, with express waiver of any other.<\/p>\n<h2>11.
